About me

Claudia Mejia is an HR and Finance Leader who has followed her entrepreneurial spirit and created her own consultancy firm “MGC & Company LLC” focused on Coaching, Cultural Transformation, and Leadership learning competencies.

She has more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record dedicated to shaping international teams and leaders to be more effective.

She counts on comprehensive expertise in leading Cultural Transformation, Business Turnarounds, M&As, Talent Management, Change Management, Coaching, Compensation and benefits, Performance Management, and Controlling.

She has collaborated with international top senior leaders as a key business partner to create and implement Commercial, Financial, and Human Resources strategic plans, developing and engaging top talent to drive profitability and growth.

She’s held senior HR and senior Finance roles working for global and local companies such as Procter & Gamble, Merck KGaA, AstraZeneca and SanLuis Corporation, among others.

She looks forward to promoting a healthy balance between the “What” and the “How” to succeed, working every day with Respect, Integrity, and Courage which are the core values in her life.

She holds a Master Business Administration degree from the University of Miami, and a Finance Bachelor’s degree, along with a range of certifications in Coaching, Psychological Safety, Rewards & Benefits, Project Management, and Change Management. She loves to spend time with her family, practicing meditation, traveling, teaching, and continuing her lifelong learning journey.
